My Story

I’m a mechanical engineer by education, earning a bachelor and masters degree in the field before starting my career at Ford Motor Company as a powertrain engineer.

I pivoted out of that role and industry after a few years, in search of broader business and operational experience. In the 16 years since that change, I’ve worked on everything from manufacturing, data science, customer support, supply chain, procurement, logistics, and many more.

The throughline through it all is my drive, humility, and curiosity. I’m an autodidact who didn’t stop learning with my masters degree. I consume and integrate hundreds of books, articles, podcasts, and videos each year in service of being a better and more effective advisor, leader, and investor.
